One hot summer day, I saw an Amazon delivery driver sprinting to my neighbor’s house, and I thought to myself, “Wow, he must be incredibly disciplined.” That moment inspired me to create a character named Bob—a shy and hardworking guy who wears a box over his head to stay out of sight from the customers. No one has ever seen his face, and the few who might have caught a glimpse did so only when he couldn’t control his frustration. I envisioned a quick 5-second video where Bob, always rushing to get the job done, describes himself with his box on. But in true Bob fashion, he trips over a small rock he didn’t see coming. “Careful, Bob!”
